New single “Circadia” out on all music streaming platforms today!

My new single “Circadia” was written during one of many sleepless nights. Insomnia is something I know very well and this song describes the wondrous but lonely feeling when you feel like everyone else is able to sleep but you.

The song begins with birdsong, a beautiful sound but at the same time a sound that reminds you that a new day is dawning and that you stayed awake all night. Once again.

I wanted the song to have a lullaby-esque feeling to it, so we kept the arrangement very minimalist, just vocals, guitar, keyboard and viola.

Circadia is the third and final single from my upcoming EP, which consists of five songs.
